Customer Error:  It is very important that you carefully check your text before submitting your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete text. We strongly recommend that you order a proof for all personalized items. However, if there is a mistake on your part, we will be glad to reprint your order and apply a 25% discount. The discount does not affect cost of shipping.

Our Error: From time to time, errors do occur. If there is a printing error on your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Items that need to be reprinted due to our error are given a priority RUSH status at no additional charge and are printed at no cost to you.

We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations, changes, returns or exchanges on custom-made, personalized or printed items and/or personalized jewelry.  These Sales Are FINAL.

We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. Customers must contact You’re Invited within 7days of delivery to return any unwanted merchandise, with the exception of custom-made items, personalized items, confections/food items, jewelry, and printed materials. These items may not be returned or exchanged. Custom-made and personalized items may not be canceled once your order has been placed. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole and complete discretion of You’re Invited.  Items being returned must be in unused and/or unworn condition and in its original packaging with tags or labels still attached. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.  Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.  Returns will not be processed without prior approval by You’re Invited. To initiate a return please contact You’re Invited to receive a return authorization.  The return authorization will be emailed to you, please print the authorization and place it in the box with the item(s) being returned.  For your security, please return item(s) with an insured courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipts and tracking numbers.  You’re Invited is not responsible for the return mailing expenses and/or items lost or damaged in transit.

On Returnable Item(s) customers may choose whether they would like an exchange or to receive an online store credit. Returns will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item(s) and we will issue you a refund in the form of an online store credit less the 15% restocking fee via email.

An important part of your shopping experience with us is your satisfaction with the products you've ordered. If your order was not filled properly or if it became damaged or lost in shipping, please contact us. We will work with you to replace your order. Any problems with your order must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will not be able to offer credits or replacements after that time period. If your order was damaged during shipping, please keep your original packaging as proof. The carrier will schedule a time with you to inspect the damage.

Please note we cannot ship to post office boxes--please provide a street address.
